Payment Timing

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience.

  • When the App Store or Google Play Store refund policy applies

Auto-Renewal (Recurring Billing)

The paid plan will be automatically renewed at the selected plan period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel the subscription.

To stop auto-renewal (cancel), please do so from the settings screen of the App Store or Google Play Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current paid plan usage period.

Even if you cancel, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current paid plan usage period.

How to Cancel

For iOS users:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
  2. Tap "[Your Name]"
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Burakani"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap "Subscriptions" from the menu
  3. Select "Burakani"
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"
